At TGC, we are passionate about helping families flourish.
Like the early church, we see care for those in our church and community as a tangible (and essential) expression of the gospel’s ongoing work in our lives. To this end, there are four primary ways in which we’re seeking to care:
WidowCare
Through a combination of special events and ongoing acts of service, our WidowCare team works to ensure that widows (and widowers) are receiving spiritual, emotional, and physical care.
FosterCare
There are almost 15k kids in Georgia’s foster care system. We’re aiming to eradicate this need by partnering with like-hearted organizations serving foster and adoptive families.
CityCare
Even in the midst of our middle-class neighborhoods, many families are struggling to make ends meet. Our CityCare team works with community partners to care for the impoverished.
GriefCare
Trauma touches us all. When tragedy strikes, our GriefCare team stands ready to respond. Through consistent care and loving service we seek to help those who are grieving find hope.
