CURRENT OPENINGS

  • With a commitment to serving our congregation and the local community, we are seeking an experienced and highly organized part-time Executive Assistant to provide essential support to our Senior Pastor.

    Responsibilities Will Include:

    • Manage the Senior Pastor's calendar, appointments, and schedule effectively.

    • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for the Senior Pastor.

    • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.

    • Assist in preparing and proofreading correspondence, reports, and presentations.

    • Serve as a liaison between the Senior Pastor and internal/external stakeholders.

    • Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and special projects as assigned.

    • Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
